Position Overview

Seeking dynamic and experienced academic professionals for full-time positions at the Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, and Assistant Professor levels within School of Business. The successful candidates will specialize in one or more of the following areas:

• Project Management
• Tourism and Hospitality Management
• Marketing and Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning

• Design and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in your area of specialization
• Use a variety of teaching methods including online, hybrid, and face-to-face instruction
• Supervise student projects, internships, and dissertations
• Support curriculum development and quality assurance processes

Research & Scholarship

• Conduct applied and/or theoretical research leading to high-impact publications
• Pursue interdisciplinary and industry-collaborative research initiatives
• Apply for research grants and funding opportunities

Service & Engagement

• Participate in departmental and institutional committees
• Engage with industry partners, community stakeholders, and alumni
• Contribute to student recruitment, retention, and mentoring

Qualifications and Experience

• A PhD (or equivalent terminal degree) in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
• A track record of teaching excellence at the tertiary level
• Evidence of scholarly research and publications (commensurate with rank)

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry or consulting experience in your field
• Experience supervising postgraduate research students
• Familiarity with international accreditation standards (e.g., AACSB, EQUIS)
• Previous experience in a multicultural, international academic environment

Rank-Specific Expectations

• Early-career academic or industry expert with teaching experience
• Master's degree holders with exceptional professional experience may be considered
• At least 5 years of academic and/or industry experience
• Strong teaching portfolio and emerging research profile
• PhD and demonstrated success in research, teaching, and service
• Evidence of peer-reviewed publications and grant activity
