What you'll be doing

  • Provide administrative support.

  • Greet and assist customers.

  • Handling customer inquiries and orders in a professional and timely manner.

  • Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in our systems.

  • Processing orders, invoices and cash handling.

  • Performing general duties such as Rotation and Stocking Shelves, Scanning Stock, General duties as required.

  • Willingness to learn.

  • Strong Organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.

  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
