About the Role

Green Light is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex Cyber Recovery and Data Centre Modernization initiatives for one of our key enterprise clients.

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end deployment of Cyber Recovery solutions including PowerProtect Cyber Recovery, CyberSense, and APEX Cyber Recovery Service across multiple data centres and cloud environments. You will also drive the modernization of networking and data centre infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with business continuity objectives.

This position requires strong technical acumen, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across distributed environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment of Cyber Recovery solutions across data centres and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Coordinate with DTMS, Consulting, and CSM Project Managers to manage client communications, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Cyber Recovery technologies, including architecture, configuration, and operational best practices.
  • Manage data centre modernization initiatives, focusing on network infrastructure upgrades, virtualization, and integration.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve complex technical or operational issues related to cyber recovery and infrastructure modernisation.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all deployments meet security, compliance, and performance requirements.
  • Drive post-deployment documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement.
  • Report on project progress, dependencies, and issues to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering Cyber Recovery, Infrastructure, or Data Centre programs in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of Cyber Recovery solutions: PowerProtect Cyber Recovery, CyberSense, and APEX Cyber Recovery Service.
  • Hands-on experience with data centre modernization projects, including networking infrastructure upgrades.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including OSI and TCP/IP models.
  • Familiarity with Dell Data Centre technologies, including commonly used network devices and foundations of networking.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Exceptional project planning, execution, and closure skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Desired Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
  • Previous experience managing Dell technology implementations or cyber resilience programs.
  • Understanding of ITIL or similar frameworks for service delivery and change management.
