About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, hands-on leader with a strong background in gourmet and specialty foods. You'll oversee all aspects of our deli operations — from product selection and presentation to staff leadership and customer service. Key Responsibilities
  • Curate and manage an exceptional gourmet and health-focused deli range
  • Lead, train, and inspire a small team to deliver outstanding service
  • Maintain top standards in food safety, freshness, and presentation
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Drive sales through creative merchandising and seasonal promotions

Requirements
