The Opportunity

Peregian Springs Country Club is a resort-style retirement village, home to 230+ villas & units. As our Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, upkeep and repair tasks around our retirement village. Working closely with the Community Manager and residents, you will enjoy spending time outdoors, connecting with residents and making Peregian Springs Country Club a thriving community.

This is a permanent full-time position working Monday-Friday 7-3pm

Your Impact

  • You will attend to various maintenance requests to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, staff and others (e.g leaf blowing, pool cleaning, light repairs etc.)
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure projects undertaken are safe, timely and completed to a high standard
  • Oversee maintenance work undertaken by Contractors within the community
  • Carry out preventative maintenance tasks around the community as per schedules

What you will bring

  • Experience in General Maintenance and 'Handyperson' roles, or domestic experience. (highly desired)
  • A warm & caring personality with an interest to make a difference every day
  • Valid driver's licence (required)
  • Current Police Check certificate (required, but if you do not have one, we can complete for you)
  • Current COVID-19 Vaccinations up-to-date (required)
