Administrative tasks include record management, overseeing maintenance, conducting appraisals, handling reports, ensuring safety compliance, supervising team members, and representing the organisation professionally.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:

- High emotional intelligence and self-awareness, with the ability to reflect on their practice and support others to do the same.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, non-verbal, and written, with the ability to build positive relationships with participants, families, and team members.
- Demonstrated experience supervising and supporting staff within supported living or a similar person-centred environment.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to leadership, fostering a cohesive team culture focused on quality and participant outcomes.
- Strong organisational skills, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery.
- A Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related qualification (desirable).

- NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module (certificate of completion)
- Working with Children Check (Victorian, Employee)
- Victorian Driver's License
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
