Mechanical Fitters
to join our growing maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on fixed plant equipment (crushers, conveyors, pumps, mills, CIL, and other processing infrastructure)
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical faults in a timely and safe manner
  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability
  • Complete maintenance records and reports accurately
  • Work closely with operators and other trades to support continuous plant operation
  • Maintain compliance with safety procedures and company policies
  • Participate in shutdowns and breakdown recovery work as required

What You'll Need

Essential:

  • Trade qualification – Mechanical Fitter or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a mining or heavy industrial environment
  • Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
  • Physically fit and capable of working in hot, remote conditions
  • "C" Class Australian Driver's Licence
  • NPC clearance and full Australian working rights
  • Commitment to safety and strong work ethic

Desirable:

  • Experience with gold processing or similar plant environments
  • Confined Space, Working at Heights, and Gas Testing tickets
  • crane tickets
