BiuBiu Lab is a professional aesthetics and beauty clinic located in the heart of Sydney CBD. We specialise in personalised skin programs, advanced facial treatments and professional skin and beauty treatments. Our team is dedicated to delivering high quality client results through a professional and welcoming experience.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Beauty Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience in delivering facial and skin treatments, waxing and beauty services, with a strong focus on client care and treatment standard.

Key Responsibilities

●      Perform professional facial treatments, tailored to individual client needs

●      Conduct skin consultations and provide treatment recommendations

●      Provide body treatments such as exfoliation and body wraps

●      Deliver waxing and hair removal services

●      Provide brow shaping and tinting and eyelash beauty services

●      Develop and maintain client treatment records and follow-up plans

●      Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to clinic hygiene standards

●      Deliver excellent client service and build long-term client relationships

●      Recommend suitable home-care skincare products to support results

Skills & Experience

●      Qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent experience in the beauty industry

●      Minimum 1 year experience in beauty or skin therapy

●      Strong knowledge of skin types, product ingredients and treatment procedures

●      Confident in facial treatments; experience with waxing, brows and lashes is welcome

●      Professional presentation and high attention to detail

●      Strong communication and customer service skills

●      Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

What We Offer

●      Competitive salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per annum (plus superannuation)
