We're looking for a full time multi-skilled individual who's comfortable working across a range of tasks and stepping in to support different areas of our Production team during peak and off-peak periods.

THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: OUR OPPORTUNITY

You'll join a small, close-knit crew within our Hallam Operations site, contributing to the production and machining of products within our Glass product portfolio. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, combining precision machining with practical support for wider production needs.

In the role you will be:

· Operating our Programmable Mill – CNC Knee Mill

· Using a lathe, drill presses, and other machining tools

· Supporting general fabrication and building jigs for assembly

· Working confidently with aluminium and stainless steel

· Assisting with other areas of production during quieter machining periods

YOUR SKILLS

· Experience operating a CNC Mill with basic programming skills

· A certificate or trade qualification in metal fabrication (desirable)

· Ability to read technical drawings and produce accurate parts

· A flexible, can-do attitude with willingness to support multiple areas

· Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail

·   Eager to learn new skills and undertake further training if needed

A pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening will be required.
