The Role: Service Facilitator

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised self-starter to fill our full-time Service Facilitator position, based in Bella Vista, Sydney.

In this critical coordination role, you will be the central point of contact, ensuring the smooth delivery of our refrigeration and food service.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinating and dispatching external service technicians efficiently.
  • Proactively following up by phone and or email on repairs and service jobs to ensure timely completion.
  • Providing professional and timely updates by phone and or email to our external clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Managing parts ordering and logistics to support service activities.
  • Performing a wide variety of essential administration tasks to support the wider company team.
  • Laise with customers, clients to confirm service attendance, access requirements and day to day requests.
  • Efficiently update and close work orders within job management system, ensuring adherence to customer service level agreements
  • Addressing any customer concerns or escalations promptly and professionally.

What You Will Bring

To succeed as our Service Facilitator, you should possess the following skills and attributes:

  • 2 years' experience in a similar service coordination role
  • Outstanding attention to detail, organisation and an ability to balance and prioritise urgent work during busy periods.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly phone manner.
  • Ability to maintain harmonious working relationships with colleagues and customers and contribute to a friendly working environment
  • Ability to work cohesively within a fast paced, dynamic team environment.
