About Us

We are a compassionate and client-focused care provider supporting individuals living with disabilities and older Australians to live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes. We are currently seeking reliable, empathetic, and motivated support workers to join our growing team in the Lower North Shore region of Sydney.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home and community-based support for clients with disabilities and/or aged care clients
  • Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, domestic duties, and mobility support
  • Facilitate social and community participation
  • Implement individual support and care plans
  • Monitor client wellbeing and report any concerns to care coordinators
  • Promote independence, choice, and dignity for all clients

Requirements

  • Cert III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support, or similar
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Valid Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Right to work in Australia

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $34.00 – $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
