About the role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Pool Construction Labourer to join our team at Narellan Pools Townsville. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the pool construction industry and be capable of performing a wide range of tasks to deliver high-quality work for our valued customers in the Townsville area.

What you'll be doing

  • Dig and prepare sites for pool construction
  • Experience in pool plumbing and related systems
  • Read and interpret construction plans and drawings
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • Work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
  • Follow instructions and take direction from the site supervisor
  • Ensure all work meets safety standards and site regulations

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in the pool construction industry (fibreglass pools preferred)
  • Knowledge of pool plumbing and construction processes
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Current White Card (Construction Induction Card)
