The Role
As an Administration Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Data entry of machine data into database
- Data entry of timesheet data into database
Organisation, tracking and completion of various factory documentation including but not limited to:
Safety documentation
- Employee records
- Contractor records
Training records
Recording of meeting minutes during meetings
- Updating documentation on display boards throughout the factory
- Reporting and distribution of stock reports for spare parts
- Creation and maintenance of documents as requested by management
- Organisation and maintenance of folders and documents within shared drive
- Assist with factory tasks when required

Your Profile
We are looking for someone with the following qualities:
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work with pivot tables and process data into graphical reports
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Previous experience in a general administrative support role
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiastic all-rounder
