About The Role

Join our team as a friendly and reliable Casual Catering Assistant at our aged care site in Toowoomba

This casual role offers flexible hours, making it perfect for parents, students, or anyone looking to balance work with life. You'll be part of a supportive, welcoming team, helping to prepare and serve meals that brighten our residents' days.

Roster: Various days and hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with food preparation and service
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to residents and staff
  • Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
  • Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
  • Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices
  • Prepare and present texture modified foods

About You

  • Previous experience in kitchen assistance, food preparation, and/or customer service
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • High standards of personal presentation and hygiene
  • Previous experience in aged care (preferred but not essential)
