Casual Retail Assistant

, you'll be the face of the brand, delivering warm, personalised service and helping customers find their perfect look. You'll assist with sales, styling, stock replenishment, and maintaining the store's beautiful presentation. With a love for fashion and a flexible, can-do attitude, you'll thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while creating memorable shopping experiences that reflect Review's signature charm and elegance.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Delivering exceptional customer service with a warm and friendly approach
  • Assisting customers with styling advice and product selections
  • Processing sales through the POS system accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining store presentation, including merchandising and visual standards
  • Replenishing stock and ensuring sizes are available and well-organised
  • Supporting the team in achieving daily sales targets and KPIs
