Wind Servicing Technician – Full-Time

Location: Millicent, SA

J & E Fabrications is a family-owned business with a strong reputation for reliability, quality, and teamwork. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a trade-qualified Mechanic, Electrician, Fitter, or Fabricator to join our Wind Servicing & Maintenance Crew.

This is an exciting opportunity to apply your trade skills in the renewable energy sector, supporting the maintenance of wind turbines in the Millicent region.

About the Role

  • Position: 1 x Wind Servicing Technician (Permanent Full-Time or Casual)
  • Focus: Servicing and maintaining the mechanical components of wind turbines
  • Location: Predominantly Millicent area
  • Conditions: Above award rates plus penalties

This is a hands-on role that requires working at heights and collaborating as part of a skilled team.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Trade qualification as a Mechanic, Electrician, Fitter, or Fabricator
  • Experience in the wind industry (highly regarded but not essential)
  • A strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance
  • Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
  • Competence with basic computer systems
  • A current driver's licence (essential)

Specialised wind safety training will be provided to the successful candidate.
