Our Business Banking Graduate Program 2026 proposition

Successful graduates will participate in rotations between all key divisions that support our clients' finance requests. That means you will be working closely with our dedicated team of Relationship Managers and Lending Analysts and more.

We are looking for talented and motivated graduates who have completed their degree within the last three years and share our ambition to support and enable customers to build vibrant businesses across Australia. In 2026 our Business Banking stream is offering places in either Bendigo, Geelong or Melbourne .

What to expect:

  2. We will assess your application and video interview and those who are short listed will receive request to complete a brief Q&A conversation with a member of the recruitment team.
  3. Applicants who progress from this stage will be invited to attend a panel interview with stakeholders from the Business & Agribusiness leadership team and Graduate Program.
