ACH Group are looking for a Casual Catering Assistant, to join our large-scale Central Kitchen at Holden Hill.

What you'll do:

In the central kitchen, you will support the preparation of meals at the modern cook-chill food production kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Chefs with meal preparation and distribution.
  • Ensuring meticulous documentation.

  • Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.

  • Operating industrial dish washers to ensure equipment cleanliness.

  • Provide support for various other kitchen tasks and duties.

About You:

  • Previous experience in meal preparation and food handling.

  • Experience working within a production kitchen environment (desirable).

  • An understanding of dietary requirements of older people.

  • Strong communication/documentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • APolice Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups, no less than 12 months old upon commencement.

ACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector.
