Role Purpose

The Investment Advisor reports to the Head of Client Care & Advice and works closely with the broader team to support Stockspot's ambitious growth plans.

To succeed in this role, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, drawing on your communication and problem-solving skills to support clients and contribute to Stockspot's ongoing success.

What you'll do

  • Provide administration and account support to retail clients via live chat, email, and phone.

  • Offer general advice on Stockspot's investment strategies and asset allocations across Investments, Super, and Pensions.

  • Maintain and continue to grow our Net Promoter Score (NPS) through honest, thoughtful client engagement.

  • Gather and manage client feedback to help enhance our products and services.

  • Keep our website and live chat FAQs up to date based on common client questions.

  • Support team members with key projects, process improvements, and product iterations.

Your Education & Experience

  • Experience in administration and account support for retail clients within financial services.

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in customer service or a client-facing role.

  • Proven ability to provide exceptional service via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Degree qualified in financial services, commerce, or a related field.
