Atom Resources is proud to be working exclusively with one of Australia's leading Tier 1 Electrical Contractors to recruit multiple Electrical Site Foremen and Site Managers for high profile commercial construction projects across Sydney.

The Role:

As an Electrical Site Foreman or Site Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of electricians and subcontractors, reporting directly to the Project Manager. You will be responsible for the full on site delivery of commercial construction, fit out, and refurbishment projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

Your Background:

  • Minimum 4 years as a licensed electrician in commercial construction
  • Proven experience managing site teams of up to 15 people
  • Strong track record delivering multi floor commercial projects, major fit-outs, and refurbishments
  • Current NSW Electrical Contractor's Licence
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • High-level communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong focus on safety, compliance, and attention to detail

  • Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 builders or contractors
  • Leadership skills to drive performance and maintain quality
  • The ability to coordinate trades, liaise with builders, and keep projects on track
  • A professional approach and commitment to safety and electrical standards
