Position Overview: As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly conversations.
  • Assist customers in choosing jewelry based on their preferences and needs.
  • Provide accurate information about product features, materials, and pricing.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently using our POS system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Participate in inventory management and restocking.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for jewelry
  • Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible retail hours including evenings
  • Basic computer skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail sales experience (luxury retail or jewellery experience preferred)
  • Australian citizenship or valid work visa with full work rights in Australia
  • Demonstrated customer service experience with ability to build rapport and handle inquiries professionally
