Purpose of Role

The People and Experience Coordinator is a key Human Resources support role, reporting to the Head of People and Performance and will also support the Head of Resourcing. The role will support activities across the employee lifecycle and maintain the team experience calendar to enhance how Bendeltans learn and collaborate across the year.

Responsibilities

Support the Head of People and Performance and Head of Resourcing with activities including, but not limited to:

  • Onboarding new starters and offboarding activities as required

  • Connecting consultants with client projects

  • End to end Recruitment activities

  • Collating and reporting people and performance data

  • Help execute Impact Framework (Bendelta's approach to Performance) including end of year talent reviews and quarterly impact reflection surveys.

  • Maintain accurate people records and support general Employee queries.

  • Support Learning and Development activities

  • Support sustainability activities

  • Help develop and maintain our approach to Workplace Health and Safety

  • Support people policy maintenance and updating

  • Improve and maintain employee comms channels

  • Support Awards submissions

  • Maintain the experience and culture calendar of events and support delivery in collaboration with our Operations Team

About You

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources

  • 3-4 years of experience in a Human Resources generalist role

  • Experience in a professional services firm (Preferred but not essential)
