If this is you Get in touch with us todayAbout the role:The role of the support worker is to provide exceptional service whilst supporting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan. This includes but is not limited to:Intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support to assist clients in successfully improving their physical and mental health.Develop connections with the community and achieve their goals.Assist in their needs of daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, community outings, and so on.This is a casual ongoing basis opportunity.
