**About the Role**

We are seeking someone available to work a two-hour shift in the morning (7am - 9am) or afternoon (4pm - 6pm), with up to four shifts per week across a seven-day schedule.

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic female team members _**Due to our clients preference for a Female Support Worker, female applicants are preferred in this instance. **_Mature applicants are encouraged to apply.

Personal care, assisted daily living skills, support in home and in the local community are just a few of the services we provide to our clients.

Our clients have complex care needs, and services are provided to support achievement and encourage further independence.

**About You**

A minimum of six (6) months experience working in the disability, aged care, nursing or similar field.

Exceptional listening, reading and communication skills with the ability to recognise and interpret non-verbal cues.

A passion for working with people who have a disability is of the utmost importance.

The ability to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with clients and their support network.

A positive and flexible attitude and a willingness to learn.

The ability to keep accurate records.

- Driver's Licence (P1 or above)
- Comprehensive Vehicle Insurance & Reliable Motor Vehicle
- Two (2) Professional Referees

**Job Types**: Permanent, Casual

Pay: From $33.28 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 8 per week
