The Role
We're hiring an Integration Architect to define and lead the integration strategy for a major enterprise initiative. This role requires deep technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Define the enterprise integration architecture and establish standards and best practices.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and platforms for integration.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance integration frameworks.
Provide technical leadership and governance across multiple integration projects.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align integration strategy with organisational goals.
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee solution design, performance optimisation, and risk mitigation.
Develop and maintain architectural documentation and roadmaps.
What You'll Need
12+ years of experience in enterprise integration and architecture roles.
Extensive experience with middleware platforms, API management, and cloud technologies.
Deep understanding of integration patterns, data flow, and system interoperability.
Proven ability to lead large-scale integration initiatives and manage technical teams.
Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and governance in integration contexts.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience in both agile and waterfall delivery environments.
