Responsibilities Prepare and produce handcrafted pasta, ensuring the highest quality and consistency in every dish.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to support pasta production during service periods.
Morning shifts, typically between 6am–9am start, with finish times through the early afternoon.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in all pasta production tasks.
Qualifications Strong skills in pasta production, from dough-making to shaping and finishing
Experience with Italian cuisine is essential
Chef experience in an a-la-carte restaurant
Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for precision in preparation
Able to work morning shifts
Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
Solid understanding of food safety standards
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team
Organisational and time management skills
Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent

About the Opportunity We are seeking an exceptional Pasta Production Chef to join our opening team in Sydney this October. This role will focus on the preparation and production of our handcrafted pasta, ensuring the highest quality and consistency in every dish.
Morning shifts, typically between 6am–9am start, through to 2pm–5pm finish.
