The Opportunity Ashurst's 2027 strategy involves significant investment in our Corporate Transactions teams across Australia. We are bolstering our Sydney and Melbourne teams and are looking for additional Lawyers who are committed to a long-term career in corporate law within a firm that will back their development and ambitions.
What We're Looking For Proven M&A experience, ideally gained at a leading firm (2+ years PQE)
Excellent technical and drafting skills
A commercial mindset and ability to provide strategic advice
Strong team orientation with the drive to mentor and support junior colleagues
Commitment to building long-term client relationships
