Capital Markets Lawyer Wanted for High-Profile Transactions

As a Capital Markets Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in navigating complex M&A transactions, capital markets deals, and strategic advisory matters for esteemed clients. You will work closely with experienced partners to provide expert guidance on corporate governance, regulatory issues, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with due diligence, negotiations, and deal structuring for high-profile clients
- Provide strategic advice on corporate governance, regulatory issues, and compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 2 years' PQE in regulated M&A and/or ECM from a recognized corporate team or firm
- Australian Legal Qualification & Admission
- Excellent commercial acumen with strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
