In this role, you will:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth across target markets.
  • Move quickly to grow revenue and foster customer advocacy.
  • Be customer obsessed, increasing the number of customers who consider NAB their Bank of Choice.
  • Understand our customers' needs to provide tailored, holistic banking solutions.
  • Engage with our Retail Branch and Broker network to enhance portfolio performance and customer outcomes.
What we're looking for:
  • A strong track record in business development, with the ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive growth.
  • Lending experience in business or retail banking.
  • An excellent understanding of the SME market.
  • Strong customer and relationship management skills.
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
