Compensation Base pay range: A$130,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr
Opportunity We are looking to speak with an experienced hybrid talent with ATL (outdoor, radio, TV) & performance expertise in programmatic, social and in-platform experience. This national media agency is rapidly growing to new business wins and ready to hire
Responsibilities Develop and execute media strategies to meet client business priorities, encompassing both traditional (TV, outdoor, radio) and digital (programmatic, streaming) media
Optimise investments in media buying across various channels, ensuring client objectives are met through strategic media planning, negotiation with media partners, and leveraging tech for effective campaigns
Manage the programmatic and search for existing and new clients across sport, education, retail and automotive
Responsible for the strategic direction of direct response, measurement and technology initiatives
Work closely with clients to set the direction and implement media on the cutting edge of the market, set up programs of work that maximise the media outcomes
Engage with internal transformation teams, SBUs and publishers to coordinate activity, ensure accurate measurement and performance outcomes
Directly manage client relationships, providing ongoing support on results while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement
Develop and implement digital media strategy
Qualifications Live in Melbourne and have full working rights
Strong knowledge of programmatic and social with in-platform experience strongly preferred
You have fundamental knowledge of other digital disciplines including SEM, SEO, tracking and attribution and web analytics
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Strong competency in leading client relationships and conveying digital media strategies and recommendations
Experience in digital planning to deliver Brand outcomes strongly preferred
Ability to work collaboratively with others to deliver a comprehensive recommendation
