Sitting at the intersection of Corporate Reputation & Brand, this is your opportunity to grow your career working with some of the world's most exciting big brand, tech, B2B and B2C brands.
We're on the lookout for an ambitious and curious Consultant (SAM/AD level) to join our Sydney team and support a high-impact portfolio spanning brand, tech, B2B, and corporate clients. You'll help shape compelling business storytelling narratives and campaigns that influence business, drive cultural relevance and build reputations — across channels including earned media, content, executive profiling, LinkedIn strategy and awards.
This is a great next step for a confident PR practitioner with an eye for what makes a great story, strong client management skills, and a passion for learning in a fast-paced, integrated environment.
What You'll Do Deliver standout work : Run day-to-day execution across integrated programs – from media pitching and content creation to LinkedIn calendars and awards.
Support senior counsel: Work closely with senior leaders and clients to bring strategies to life and ensure campaigns are delivered with excellence.
Write with purpose: Own content delivery including press materials, award entries, LinkedIn posts, media stories and executive content.
Manage the detail: Keep projects on track, manage timelines and stakeholders, and ensure no ball is dropped.
Collaborate across the team: Partner with Thrive's creative, studio and social specialists to deliver integrated results.
Build trusted relationships: Be a go-to contact for your clients and media contacts alike.
Stay curious: Stay up to speed on tech and innovation trends, news and insights to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
What You'll Bring 5–8 years' experience in PR or integrated comms, agency or in-house
Experience working across technology, B2B or corporate sectors — ideally with both enterprise and consumer tech
Strong writing and content development skills — from media releases to LinkedIn and op-eds
Confidence managing clients and stakeholders, with the ability to think proactively and stay solution-focused
Attention to detail and strong project management skills
A passion for technology, business and the role of comms in driving impact
A team mindset — ready to contribute, collaborate and keep growing
Bonus points for experience in awards, speaking programs or thought leadership work
Why Thrive? We're proudly independent, female-led and values-driven — with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane/GC and Auckland. At Thrive, you'll work with some of the world's most exciting brands including Airwallex, Cisco, FedEx, Blackmores and Afterpay. You'll be supported to learn, grow, and make your mark alongside a genuinely collaborative team.
Ready to step up and Thrive?
We'd love to hear from you.
