Associate Director - Leadership Development

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Sydney team. In this role, you\'ll proactively develop and grow our national portfolio by identifying and developing opportunities, deepening established accounts, and driving innovation in leadership solutions. This exceptional opportunity will enhance Maximus reputation by ensuring the scope, design, and delivery of high-quality, innovative leadership development solutions. Your thought leadership, client focus, and ability to deliver measurable impact will contribute to the firm\'s growth and success.
Here\'s what you\'ll do:
New Business Development: Actively growing prospective client networks and pursuing opportunities supporting the strategic growth approach across the national business.
Design Transformative Solutions: Architect experiential solutions that shift mindsets, enhance leadership capability and create measurable value for clients and their leaders.
Drive Project Governance and Delivery: Scope, design, and oversee high-impact projects, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
Deliver Engaging Solutions: Facilitate leadership development programs, coach senior leaders, and deliver immersive, transformative experiences that align with Maximus\' philosophy.
Firm Leadership: Collaborating and contributing to future offerings, whilst lifting consulting and advisory capability across the broader firm.
Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with the team to identify and develop new enterprise opportunities, contributing to the firm\'s national portfolio growth.
About You:
10+ years experience in consulting and human capital advisory: Problem solving, visualisation of information, a proven business builder
Senior leadership experience: You inspire those around you with your honesty, openness, and unwavering dedication
Client-centric: Exceptional client management skills, delivering solutions that deliver tangible results.
Strategic and Creative: Expertise in enabling and embedding cultural change, navigating talent and succession challenges, and designing measurable leadership interventions
Impact-Oriented: Obsessed with delivering outcomes, with strong attention to detail and quality execution that exceeds expectations
Ambitious and agile: You are energised when tackling complex challenges and pushing the boundaries of what\'s possible, thriving in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional Communicator: Confident and persuasive written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and create impact
Relevant tertiary qualifications: Ideally Business, Human Resources or Psychology
