About the role:
You will regularly assist with merit appeals, class 4 proceedings in the Land and Environment Court, compulsory acquisition and planning agreements.
You will advise and represent property developers, certifying authorities and public sector organisations.
You will experience working in a diverse range of litigious and advisory work.
The ideal candidate:
Associate/Senior Associate (2-7 PQE).
Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
Previous Planning and Environment experience from a well-known private practice team, government authority or in-house role.
Strong communication skills, a team player, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
