As the Business Analyst in Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), our global technology team, you will be the subject matter expert and a trusted analyst, improving finance technology platforms and products . You will delve into how solutions meet business needs, articulate complex rules, and work across dynamic technical and finance environments.

Day in the life:
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and translate them into functional specifications
  • Analyze business requirements, management systems, process performance, and technical solutions
  • Develop use cases and process flows for software development
  • Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations to stakeholders
  • Define detailed product requirements promoting scalability and intuitive platforms
  • Document requirements by studying business functions and gathering user information
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and test teams on platform features and fixes
  • Identify key processes, rules, and requirements
  • Assist with system enhancements and innovation development
Ideal candidate:
  • 3-5 years of technical business analysis experience
  • Experience supporting finance systems
  • DevOps and SQL experience
  • Technical expertise and understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Strong documentation skills (technical and non-technical)
  • Proficient in solution definition, process flows, impact analysis, and problem resolution
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Understanding of end-to-end development processes
