The Role
Lead the design and delivery of strategic reward, benefits and recognition programs that are fair, competitive and people focused.
Oversee executive remuneration, governance and compliance to ensure alignment with our business goals and market expectations.
Manage and develop a high-performing team across reward, systems and reporting, with a strong focus on clarity and impact.
Partner with senior leaders including the CEO, CFO and Remuneration Committee to ensure remuneration strategies support both our people and our performance.
Foster a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement, always looking for smarter, simpler ways to add value.
Experience
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance, Business or a related field, paired with hands-on experience that speaks for itself.
Deep experience in shaping remuneration, HR systems and people analytics, ideally gained within large, fast-moving retail or complex organisation
Strong expertise in executive reward and governance
A natural leader and trusted partner who influences with authenticity, builds meaningful relationships at senior levels, and drives clear, strategic outcomes
An optimistic and curious mindset that loves cutting through complexity, embracing change, and continuously elevating how we reward and recognise our people.
