Head of Application Platforms - SAP - $250K - Sydney or Melbourne
Our client, a leading infrastructure services organisation, is seeking a Head of Application Platforms to take a strategic and operational lead across their enterprise-wide systems portfolio.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in either Sydney or Melbourne , with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office per week) . The total remuneration package is up to $250,000 including super .
In the role, you'll have full end-to-end ownership of a significant suite of applications - from strategy and development through to ongoing support and optimisation. You\'ll partner closely with the business to resolve support issues, provide functional consulting, and work with internal development teams to ensure changes align with digital standards and organisational goals.
Key Experience
Proven experience managing enterprise platforms end-to-end, with a solid technology background
Familiarity with SAP systems (e.g. SAP ERP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, BTP/Flex Edge) and customer-facing applications
Strong leadership across similar tech functions in large, complex environments
Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and inspire high-performing teams
Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving measurable outcomes
Financial management experience related to tech delivery, licensing, and operations
Confident engaging with senior business stakeholders to shape operational processes and long-term strategy
