Rôle et responsabilités Votre rôle en tant que Head of Department Supply Chain CMP :
Traduire la stratégie : Vous transformez notre stratégie durable en plans tactiques avec des objectifs clairs et des projets que vous contribuez à élaborer. Pensez à atteindre les KPI et à réaliser des objectifs à long terme.
Amélioration continue : Vous initiez des projets pour améliorer la continuité et la durabilité de notre fonctionnement quotidien et rester à jour avec le marché. Vous gardez une vue d'ensemble du processus de la chaîne et introduisez des optimisations basées sur l'analyse de données.
Développement d'équipe : Vous êtes le coach de 8 à 12 chefs d'équipe, et ensemble, vous encadrez de 250 à 350 employés. Vous veillez à créer une équipe complémentaire et les aidez à grandir et à se développer.
Communication et collaboration : Vous osez challenger les idées et assurez une communication claire au sein de votre équipe et avec d'autres départements. Vous maintenez également le contact avec les partenaires sociaux pour renforcer la collaboration au sein de notre écosystème.
Architecte d'équipe : En tant qu'architecte d'équipe, vous créez des groupes complémentaires qui se complètent et deviennent plus forts ensemble. Vous travaillez sur l'un de nos sites logistiques (région de Hal, Ghislenghien ou Ollignies).
