About the role
Responsibilities Lead the integration technology strategy and Pacific roadmap in alignment with enterprise architecture and product goals.
Mentor and guide integration engineers and developers.
Drive adoption of modern integration patterns.
Represent integration in architecture governance forums and technical design reviews.
Partner with product managers and architects to define integration strategies aligned with product roadmaps and business capabilities.
Design and document integration architectures using APIs, event-driven patterns, and middleware platforms.
Evaluate and recommend integration tools, platforms, and frameworks.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, data, security, and business teams to manage integration dependencies.
Engage with external vendors and partners to facilitate third-party integrations.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Support audits, risk assessments, and change management processes.
About you Significant experience in integration engineering, product development, or systems architecture.
Track record in a technical leadership role.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to translate complexity to a non technical audience.
Ability to execute and deliver.
Knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols.
Experience implementing secure data exchange and encryption standards.
Strong experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps).
Familiarity with data governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2).
Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and microservices architecture.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
