About the role Join our Chambers Band 1 Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets (MAC) team, collaborating with lawyers across all offices. Work closely with Partners and the wider team to gain exposure to complex transactions in the market.
Our structure allows exposure to various Partners and work types, encouraging specialization and a strong foundation across your field.
Your responsibilities Engage in public and private M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory and governance
Deliver successful outcomes for leading companies and financial sponsors in Australia and globally
Work across sectors like energy, infrastructure, financial services, health, mining, media, technology, and retail
About you Experience in a top-tier or international corporate M&A and Capital Markets practice, from private practice or in-house
Ability to manage smaller matters and parts of larger transactions
Excellent academic record
Desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others
