**There is no outbound or cold calling as part of this role **Our Inbound Business Development Representatives respond to requests for more information with the intention of educating them on our value and setting up a product demonstration. As an Inbound BDR, you must be masterful at explaining value and breaking down barriers by building rapport. **Qualifications & Experience**
- Ambitious, strategic, and passionate about sales
- Not afraid of rejection and comfortable making calls to prospects
- Relationship orientated and strong rapport building skills
- Experience creating urgency and educating on a value proposition
- Familiar with being accountable to targets
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintaining a 2 week cohort lead conversion rate of 15%
- Explaining the value of SiteDocs to prospective clients
- Booking demos with customers and responding quickly to requests for information
- Document your progress within Salesforce (CRM)
- Be fanatical about our mission, values, and goals
