**Your new role**
As a Production Assistant, you will be instrumental in the production process, through use of various machines within the factory.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful for this role you will possess and be required to adhere to some of the following;
- Be relied upon to commit to a long-term temporary assignment
- Demonstrate a great attitude, a willingness to learn new things and attention to detail
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening (critical for the zero tolerance policy of this Employer of Choice)
- Experience in machine operations/production is desirable but not always essential. What is more critical is your reliability, attitude to learning and attention to detail. This company will offer training and development for those who demonstrate these qualities.
