**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Area Manager to oversee the operational and regulatory aspects of a group of early childhood education centres. This role will manage 5 to 7 centres, focusing on operational excellence and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The Area Manager will play a key role in driving enrolment growth, increasing business profitability, and maintaining alignment with educational philosophies and national quality standards. You will also lead and support Nominated Supervisors to ensure they meet all regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the daily operations and compliance of multiple childcare centres.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Nominated Supervisors, helping them achieve their goals and maintain high standards.
- Drive business growth by monitoring and increasing enrolments.
- Ensure all centres meet the requirements of the National Quality Framework, including NQS and EYLF.
- Promote strong communication with families, ensuring effective engagement and support.
- Manage staffing, rosters, and resources efficiently across centres.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- At least 2 years of experience managing multiple childcare services.
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved) or currently working towards this qualification.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Availability to work shifts between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, NQS, and EYLF.
