Sales & Leasing Team Assistant – Commercial Real Estate (Inner West)

We are excited to offer a newly created role for a motivated and switched on professional to join our family owned, high performing commercial real estate agency in the Inner West.

As a Sales & Leasing Team Assistant, you will play a key role in driving the success of our campaigns. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and supporting a dynamic sales and leasing team of four, you will be managing the end to end process of marketing our auction, sales and lease listings, ensuring every campaign is delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Day to day responsibilities include:

· Coordinating suppliers to organise photography, signage, advertisements

· Creating clear, engaging listing descriptions and marketing collateral

· Create and write engaging social media content

· Enhance photography and collateral using Canva (or similar tools)

· Managing our database for email campaigns and direct mail

· Preparing proposals & agency agreements

· Receipting and completing daily bank reconciliations for the Sales & Leasing team

· Produce Vendor and campaign performance reports

· Assist with sales advices, invoicing and liaising with solicitors

· Ensuring all documentation and processes comply with Office of Fair Trading requirements

Key strengths & experience required:

· Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

· Strong organisational and time management abilities

· Sharp eye for detail

· Creative flair with Canva (or similar)

· A proactive, can do attitude and willingness to jump in and get involved

· Previous experience in a real estate agency and current driver's licence (essential)

· Minimum of 1+ years of real estate agency experience required
