**Description**:
The Spa Business Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth. This role involves managing staff, maintaining high standards of service, and developing marketing strategies to attract new clients. The Spa Business Manager will also ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a safe and relaxing atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead and train team members to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Manage budgets, control inventory, and develop marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and enhance the spa's reputation.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to motivate and train employees.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in spa management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and equipment.
- Ability to manage budgets and develop marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Certification in spa management or a related field is a plus.
