This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in one of APG’s largest relocation projects and contribute to the successful establishment of our **Flagship Distribution Centre in Brendale, Queensland**. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be essential to ensuring smooth operations during this significant transition. You will lead a dynamic team, overseeing the accurate picking and put-away of products, managing stock integrity, and ensuring effective dispatch of goods. Your team’s efficiency will be critical in ensuring a seamless and timely transfer of products from our Virginia Distribution Center to the new Brendale location. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead your team on-site at the APG Virginia and/or Brendale Distribution Centre, ensuring operational efficiency. - Oversee the picking, put-away, and management of stock to maintain inventory integrity and control. - Manage the dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate and timely movement of APG products to the new Flagship DC. - Coordinate the processing of goods and provide support to your team, ensuring workloads are prioritised to meet deadlines. - Ensure that safety is a top priority, promoting a safety-first culture on the job.
