**The role**
Due to continued growth and uplift of our digital platforms, we have a newly created opportunity to be part of our Digital and CX team. Your role will be to provide strong Digital Product Ownership of UniSuper’s employer sponsored digital experiences and the Employer Online (EOL) channel. Whilst managing relationships with key stakeholders you will also
- Develop an innovative employer digital strategy
- Create clear and well thought out timelines and plans for the delivery of new features
- Deliver key changes and new features
**About you**
You have the ability to drive new and different ways of working to deliver quality outcomes. Through effective stakeholder management and continually looking for that next digital improvement you will elevate the capability of the wider team and organisation. Your ability to effectively plan and manage competing priorities will be critical to your success, coupled with;
- Strong conceptual, analytical, critical thinking and communication skills
- A strong sense of self-awareness
- Having an empathetic approach to engagement
- Passion about all things digital and how it can positively impact on the user experience
