This casual position requires an individual with a passion for healthy living, vegan nutrition, and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and food, maintaining a clean environment, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. **Key Responsibilities**: - Prepare and serve a variety of coffees, teas, smoothies, and other beverages to the highest standard. Create and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure that all food and drink items meet our nutrition and quality standards. Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and front-of-house area. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and approachable. Uphold the company’s commitment to sustainability and ethical practices. **Key Requirements**: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a barista or similar customer-facing role. Strong work ethic with a "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills. Punctual, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team. Passion for plant-based and nutrition-focused food and beverages. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. A professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
