**Are you ready to join our team our Capability team as an Instructional Designer?**
As one of our team, you'll be working closely with our P&C and operational leaders to ensure that our entire learning process is fit of purpose, by:

- Create multi-media assets and video, audio resources; and micro-learning content.
- Convert in-house procedures and bespoke training materials into interactive, engaging eLearning content.
- Assist with our Learning Management System administration and training completion reporting.
- Support the development and scheduling of training programs, including L&D calendars, that maximise our available resources and use of external facilitators. This includes integration of new learning content.
- Coordinate training workshops, training reminders, and any new course updates.
- Support in the coordination of the BlueCross Student Placement and Traineeships Programs, including management of the database and monitoring of applicable funding from educational institutions.
- Prepare learning evaluation and analytics reports.

**With relevant tertiary qualifications, you'll likely also have**:

- Instructional design experience
- Highly skilled in creating multi-media assets and video, audio resources; and micro-learning content.
- Experienced with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning authoring development software e.g. Articulate, and Adobe Captivate.
- Experience developing eLearning resources
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with evaluating learning materials
- Experience using learning management systems
- Experience using Articulate design software is advantageous
- The ability to train others to deliver the material
