Victoria's Secret at Emporium is looking for multiple Cash Wrap Associates

Cash Wrap Associates deliver a best-in-class, captivating, branded customer experience that builds loyalty and enables consistent sales and profit growth:

- Supports a customer-centric culture, where the full energy and activity of the store team are focused on delivering highly satisfying customer experiences
- Builds customer loyalty by opening Victoria’s Secret Angel cards, converting customer relationship marketing and customer capture
- Processes customer transactions accurately and efficiently and creates lasting customer impressions
- Demonstrates behaviors that create a highly satisfying cash wrap experience
- Reinforces customer buying decision and encourages purchase of additional items, including the sale of gift cards
- Maintains awareness of all promotions and applicable ringing procedures
- Manages incoming phone calls with appropriate phone etiquette and greeting
- Engages with customers on the sales floor and passes to sales associate as appropriate
- Assists in housekeeping of cash wrap and adjacent selling zones to create a clean and neat environment for customers and associates
- Maintains an awareness of loss prevention by supporting a culture of honesty and connecting the link between customer service and shrink

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-38 per week

**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour
