**Kitchen Crew (Part-Time Position Available)**

Location: Strathfield South

Flexible shifts | Junior applicants welcome

We’re looking for a hands-on and reliable **Kitchen Crew Member** to join our team This is a great opportunity for someone who’s starting out and wants to learn more about baking and food prep in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Assisting the baker with prep, production, and packaging of breads, cakes, and pastries
- Helping get everything ready for markets, events, and online orders
- Following food safety and hygiene practices
- Cleaning and keeping the kitchen organised
- Following instructions, but also working independently when needed

**We’re Looking For Someone Who**:

- Has a great attitude and is willing to learn
- Understands proper food handling (training can be provided)
- Can follow directions clearly
- Is organised and able to work efficiently
- Can take initiative and work on their own when needed
- No experience required - just a strong work ethic
